About Us

The YPK Canada West Aviation Expo 2013 was born out of a desire to provide a platform for the aviation industry on the West Coast of North America. With the support of the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport YPK, various businesses and organizations within the aviation industry liaised to bring the long-time dream to fruition.

Our goal is to showcase aviation from multiple angles, the history, the present, the passion, the goals, the abilities, the possibilities and to provide the general public with a view of the advantages of aviation to the community. We would like to provide youth with the opportunity, not just to read about or see aviation from a distance, but to become aware of the very viable future career options within aviation. We would like to let them see it, hear it, experience it so that they are able to visualize themselves in it.

Promoting the beautiful Ridge Meadows Fraser Valley area with its prime location and demographics is another goal of ours, aviation businesses and enthusiasts will enjoy all the possibilities that are here to explore.
